Reunion Line-Up
Get ready for a weekend full of good vibes—going down memory lane, eating good, dancing, singing, games, fun outings, capturing memories in photos, relaxing, and simply enjoying every moment together. It’s all about connection, laughter, and having an all-around amazing time with family.


DAY 1 - Welcome Kick-Off
Thursday, July 16th | 5pm - 9pm EST
City Mills Hotel
Kick off the reunion with a warm welcome by checking-in and receiving your gift bag. Come meet & greet family, join in on some games, grab some refreshments, relax looking through family photos, and end the night with karaoke and plenty of laughs.

DAY 2 - Family Day Trip
Friday, July 17th | Departing from City Mills Hotel
Join the family for a meaningful day trip to Tuskegee, AL, a place rich in culture, and history. We’ll travel together from Columbus to visit key historic sites, learn about the impact of Tuskegee on Black history, and reflect on the legacy that shaped our own family’s story. Enjoy guided stops, time for photos, and great fellowship throughout the day.
Family Banquet
7pm -11pm EST | City Mills Hotel
Later in the evening, we come together for a special Dinner Banquet honoring 50 years of the Gary family legacy —an elegant night of great food & music, shared stories, announcements and celebrating our family legacy.

DAY 3 - Family CookOut
Saturday, July 18th | 4pm - midnight EST
Julia L. Gary Scott's House - 30 Scott Rd., Hatchechubbee, AL
It's all about taking it back to where it all started in 1976! the old school backyard cookout vibe. Hang out and enjoy delicious BBQ and fish fry, good music, and fun games for both kids and adults. Browse the family marketplace, hit the dance floor, join in for the group family photoshoot, and spend the day relaxing, laughing, and having a great time together. We going to party to the sun goes down!

DAY 4 - Church Service & Farewell
Sunday, July 19th | 11am EST
Howard Chapel AME - 5865 N Uchee Rd, Hatchechubbee, AL
We’ll close the reunion with church service, a time of worship. Followed by a heartfelt farewell as we reflect with final words of gratitude, pray over the family’s future, and send each other off with love until next time.
